At Flutterby Jewellery we can ship to virtually anywhere in the world. Packing and postage to all major Australian capital cities is sent via Australia Post (or our selected courier) and is charged at a flat rate. For alternate arrangements please email us prior to placing your order. Please contact flutterbyjewellery@yahoo.com.au for all other shipping locations and arrangements. Orders for items that are shipped in over sized boxes may incur additional charges. We will contact you should any extra charges apply.

DELIVERY TIME

When you place an order through the Flutterby Jewellery eStore we will contact you via email and estimate your shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the products you have ordered.

RETURNS

Should a product be found to be defective in manufacture, wherever possible, and at our total discretion, we will replace such product like for like. Should such alleged defective product be kept unused beyond the manufacturers guarantee period Flutterby Jewellery will only consider some pro rata assistance to obtain a new product of similar type. However, beyond that, our liability at law will only extend to the limits granted by our suppliers.
